ERP Career Academy – SAP Training Programs
ERP Career Academy provides professional SAP training services through structured courses, live classes, recorded sessions, study materials, and support services. This No Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which course fees are paid and confirms that fees are non-refundable once paid.
By enrolling in any SAP course at ERP Career Academy, the student agrees to the terms mentioned below.
1. Non-Refundable Course Fees
1.1. All course fees paid to ERP Career Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
1.2. No refund will be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
- Withdrawal from the course after registration
- Change of personal decision or interest
- Non-attendance of classes
- Delay in joining classes
- Personal, academic, professional, or financial reasons
- Medical or family emergencies
- Dissatisfaction with teaching methods or course content
- Technical issues from the student’s side (internet, device, etc.)
2. Access to Course Materials and Services
2.1. Once a student is provided access to any of the following, no refund will be applicable:
- Online live classes or demo sessions after enrollment
- Recorded video lectures
- Learning portals or LMS access
- Study materials, notes, or software access
- Assignments, projects, or assessments
2.2. Partial refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
3. Course Interruption or Discontinuation by Student
3.1. If a student discontinues the course midway or fails to complete the training, ERP Career Academy will not be responsible for any refund.
3.2. Course fees will not be adjusted or credited for future courses unless explicitly approved by management in writing.
4. Batch Rescheduling & Course Transfer
4.1. ERP Career Academy may allow batch changes or rescheduling depending on availability and operational feasibility.
4.2. Course transfer to another SAP module or batch is subject to management approval and may involve additional charges.
4.3. Such adjustments do not entitle the student to any refund of paid fees.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Course fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment plans before accessing training services.
5.2. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of course access without any refund.
5.3. All payments made through cash, UPI, bank transfer, cards, or online gateways are final and non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
6.1. In rare and exceptional cases, ERP Career Academy may review refund requests at its sole discretion.
6.2. Any decision taken by the management will be final and binding and shall not set a precedent for future cases.
7. Institutional Rights
ERP Career Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify course content, schedules, trainers, or batches without prior notice
- Update or revise policies at any time
- Deny admission or discontinue services in case of policy violations
Such actions do not qualify for any refund.
8. Student Agreement
By enrolling in any SAP course at ERP Career Academy, the student confirms that:
They accept that all fees paid are non-refundable
They have read and understood this No Refund & Cancellation Policy
